Tacoma Public School received a highly commended in the Kitchen Garden Classroom competition.  The competition was launched by Member for Dobell Ms Emma McBride to promote kitchen gardens as an educational tool and to learn the importance of fresh and healthy food. 

Ms McBride recently attended our morning assembly to present our prize.  Madelyn from Murgu accepted the prize and certificate on behalf of our school.  She then took Ms McBride on a tour of our gardens.

It was wonderful to see the hard work of our Green Team recognised by our local MP.
